Pony Point

A scenic reserve 750m west of Cass Bay. A lovely grassy area with picnic tables and benches surrounded by native plants and stunning views.

Until recently there was a Pou, Whenua which is a traditional Maori carved pole that marks Maori territorial boundaries or places of significance and are a link between the people and the land.  It is hoped that it will be replaced.
